Pamela and Philip Hon from livingstone Texas - USA visited Tanzania on 12nd Sept 2016 to 21st September 2015 to enjoyed Serengeti migration safari in Serengeti national park which combined together with Ngorongoro crater and Tarangire game drive safari on their 25 wedding anniversary (1990 - 2015)The Kilimanjaro Brothers we happy to keep their programs and invite friends to follow their routine traditional Tanzania and being a part of the Tanzanian community while staying in the best tented camps situated in migration routine.

On this trip we will ask each client to save/rise $ 50 to support our local village church. School training material like books, pens for nursery school children also are accepted.

12th Sept 2016 Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania and transfer to Arusha.
Today you will arrive in Tanzania. A representative Kilimanjaro Brothers will pick you up from Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer you to Arusha where you will spend the first night at Kigongoni tented camp. www.kigongoni.net

13th Sept 2016 Day 2: Tarangire National Park game drive
This morning you will leave Arusha after breakfast and drive southwest through Masai steppe land to Tarangire National Park. You will spend the rest of the day game viewing in Tarangire, viewing some of Tanzania’s largest populations of elephant and enjoying the diverse scenery, including the dramatic baobab trees that are so typical of the park. This park boasts a high concentration of animals, including elephant, zebra, eland, and wildebeest, and plenty of predators. 14th Sept 2016 Day 3: Serengeti National Park game drive
Today you will leave after leisurely breakfast and drive to Serengeti National Park. If interested, this will be a good time to visit and interact with Masai people that leave around the gorge and Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This visit will give you an opportunity to learn and explore their traditions, culture and survival strategies of the Masai people. They will performing their traditional dances and if interested you can join in the dance to add something to your adventure resume! After the tour, you will take picnic lunch and after lunch you will proceed with your drive to Serengeti while game viewing on the southern plains of Serengeti. You will arrive for dinner at Savanah Tented Camp located in central www.serengetisavannahcamps.com

15th Sept 2016 Day 4: Full day game drive North Serengeti migration routine
You will leave after breakfast in the morning and spend part of the day game viewing in central Serengeti and Seronera River Valley to Kogatende Mara river, an area rich with wildlife all year long and a common place to see big cats especially Leopards and Lions. You will make your way towards the northern Serengeti while game viewing on the way toward our main goal for the day will be following the Great Migration of about 2 millions Wildebeests and Zebras and a big number of predators hunting them as they migrate through the remote and untouched wilderness of the northern Serengeti. 16th Sept 2016 Day 5: Full day game drive Great Serengeti migration
You will leave early in the morning after breakfast for a full day game viewing. You will spend the day following the great migration of the wildebeests and Zebras. This is where you will witness the wildebeest’s migration crossing River Mara as seen on TV in the Discovery Channel. The majestic landscape of the northern Serengeti is one of the best kept secrets of African safaris. Far from the tourists track, the area offers undisturbed exploration of the fantastic Serengeti. Endless rolling plains and riverine woodlands are home to Lion, Leopards, Cheetahs, Elephants, large herds of antelopes and many other animals. The stunning Mara River filled with Hippos and Crocodiles, cuts through this land and hosts of the greatest spectacles nature has to offer. 18th Sept 2016 Day 7: Ngorongoro main crater game drive
You will wake up early in the morning and drive down the Ngorongoro crater where you will spend full day exploring Ngorongoro crater which is a World Heritage Site and home to nearly 25,000 animals, giving you a very real chance of spotting the big five: lion, elephant, endangered black rhino, buffalo and leopard plus countless other African mammal species. You will witness the magnificent array of habitats, each with its own unique wildlife and flora. You will take time out to stretch your legs and enjoy a picnic lunch at Ngoitokitok Springs watching the hippos jostle for position in the water. After lunch you will proceed with game viewing leaving the crater floor in the evening and drive to your Crater forest Tented Camp. Crater forest

20th Sept 2016 Day 9: Lake Manyara game drive and back Arusha
You will enjoy a panoramic morning drive to Lake Manyara National Park. On the way we will be stopping at Mto Wa Mbu village, where you will have the opportunity to wander around the village and purchase souvenirs. After enjoying a packed lunch we will enter Lake Manyara National Park for an afternoon of game driving. Lake Manyara is an amazingly diverse park that is well known for its tree-climbing lions, elephants and 3 species of primates including vervet monkey, blue monkey and baboon. The park boasts one of the highest concentrations of elephants in Africa and is home to the largest baboon troop ever documented. The park is home to an amazing variety of birds and animals, especially considering its relatively small size. The uniquely lush green jungle habitat of Lake Manyara is nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley, and it’s large lake shimmers like a mirage in the distance.
